Hydrotherapy is conducted under physiotherapist supervision in a purpose-built pool that is heated to 34°C
Our team of highly trained physiotherapists are highly experienced in treating injuries and chronic conditions for all ages. The Physiotherapist will design and direct you through a specific exercise program for your specific injury or condition.
The aim of Aquatic Physiotherapy is to decrease pain, increase range of movement and flexibility as well as develop muscle strength and general fitness. Aquatic Physiotherapy can be used in isolation or in conjunction with other rehabilitation program, often it is used as a stepping stone to climb to progress to a land-based exercise program.
HYDROTHERAPY
Hydrotherapy is a therapeutic whole-body form of treatment carried out in a heated pool for the rehabilitation of many conditions/injuries.
