Intern at Exercise Thought

Hayley is currently studying a Masters of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University. She graduated from a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University,  majoring in Strength and Condition and Exercise Physiology. She currently works at Nardelli Coaching as a Strength & Conditioning and Netball Coach coaching novice to elite level juniors. Hayley is also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Apprentice Netball Coach at Boroondara Express Victorian Netball League (VNL) Club. Her role involves working along side the support team to manage players load and reduce the likelihood of injury, while helping improve performance. 

Outside of her studies Hayley enjoys playing netball, water skiing and living an active lifestyle. She is heavily involved in her local netball club as a committee member and directing the training program. Hayley enjoys the community atmosphere that sport creates to help people grow as athletes but also individuals. 

Hayley’s passion for the Physiotherapy stemmed from her own experience having a bulging disc injury and sciatica. The relief she was provided from physiotherapy treatment inspired her help others on their rehabilitation journey. She believes in promoting an active lifestyle so people can enjoy the things they love.
