Christina obtained her Bachelor in International Sales and Marketing in Copenhagen (Denmark) in 2017. In 2019, Christina completed her Masters in Social science at Copenhagen Business School where she wrote her thesis on embodied cognition, hereunder proving how experiencing physical warmth promotes interpersonal warmth. Christina completing her PhD in consumer psychology at Deakin University, joining less than 1% of the world in holding a doctorate degree. Christina teaches marketing at Deakin University.
Christina loves studying social interactions, business analytics and pilates. Prior to coming to Australia, Christina did a 2-year classical pilates course at a PMA certified pilates school, Pilatescph. Christina teaches mat and reformer classical pilates. In the formative years of her career, Christina consulted in consumer psychology and marketing in Copenhagen.
In recent years, Christina has started working for Exercise Thought where she works on Marketing and helps the team with day to day operations.
Outside of Exercise Thought, Christina is a regular plasma donor and enjoys hiking.

Sam founded Exercise Thought and loves every day of his work. In 2022, he won 'Australian Physiotherapist of the Year' and learned how to unicycle.
