Key Selection Criteria
Previous experience as a Medical Practice Manager
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Proven history of client-centered service delivery
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Confident and professional representation of the practice's brand
Commitment to maintaining patient and practice confidentiality
Proficiency in optimizing office systems and processes
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
