Hydrotherapy is an ideal recovery for arthritis and rehab in general. It enables veterans to perform exercises they cannot do on land because of pain or functional limitations, all funded by DVA.

    • The water’s buoyancy decreases pressure on joints while increasing the strength of muscles.

    • Hydrotherapy enables gentle and intense work without the risk of pushing beyond the limits of rehab.

    • The hydrostatic pressure of water naturally decreases inflammation and increases circulation which aids recovery.
