Physiotherapy for feet

According to Buchanan and Kusher (2020), plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of foot pain. Evidence suggests that 83% of cases include patients who are active working adults, however it also occurs in 22% of runners and 10% of the general population (Tschopp and Brunner, 2017). Plantar fasciitis has shown to have significant debilitating effects on an individuals' work attendance, return to sport and general mobility, thereby decreasing an individual’s overall wellbeing (Buchanan and Kusher., 2020). Some other common diagnoses on the foot are stress fractures, Sever’s disease and bursitis.
